TELUS Health Update

TELUS Health (formerly called My Student Support Program or mySSP) will no longer be an option for 24/7 mental health support as of April 1st, 2024 due to the end of funding for this pilot mental health service.

Moving forward we encourage you to utilize the following 24/7 crisis resources or visit SHAC’s Emergency & Crisis webpage for a comprehensive list of culturally specific crisis service options.

Don't give up. You are not alone. YOU matter.

Care. Ask. Connect. Suicide Prevention Training

Become part of PSU’s campus-wide team of advocates for suicide prevention. Portland State students, in partnership with SHAC and the School of Social Work, developed an asynchronous suicide prevention training course called “Care. Ask. Connect.” By participating in this free 1-hour training, you can become a vital part of PSU’s movement to increase awareness around suicide prevention and mental health.
