Small Group Courses

Campus Rec is piloting a new series of small group courses! These introductory courses meet for four sessions to learn the fundamentals of a specific activity. Small group courses are led by knowledgeable and experienced instructors in a supportive community environment, perfect for members new to the activity.

All small group courses require registration through our member portal and are offered for the price of $40. Participants will be asked to provide feedback. Registration opens Monday, March 23rd at 8 am. Reserve your spot today!

Self Defense

This 4 week small group self defense course offers personalized, hands on training for participants of all experiences to build confidence, awareness, and practical skills.

Learn to Climb

Thursdays | 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21 from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Join our Learn to Climb Class, designed for new climbers interested in learning in a small and supportive environment. This four-part class invites you to discover the fundamentals of climbing.

Women on Weights

Tuesdays | 4/28, 5/5, 5/12, 5/19 from 8 am – 9 am

Join Campus Rec personal trainers for a 4 week small group course learning to adjust, use, and progress on machines and equipment to create a workout for each muscle group, with the goal to feel more comfortable and confident in the weight room.
