Managing through Non-Stop Change
This workshop provides leaders with practical tools to lead their organizations through challenging times of change. Informed by evidenced-based social science frameworks, participants will learn and apply proven models that build buy-in, reduce resistance, and address uncertainty at the personal and organizational levels. The facilitation is highly interactive where participants will practice applying strategies to address actual organizational scenarios, and receive a workbook with the models and activities to guide them in navigating future change initiatives.
