BUILD EXITO is committed to building effective partnerships with institutions and organizations both locally and nationwide. The EXITO partnership network encompasses a range of institutions that are diverse in
geography, size, capacity, and structure (2 vs 4 years), we have extensive experience in sharing and
implementing the components of the EXITO model in a wide variety of institutional settings. Additionally, we work with the other Building Institutions Leading to Diversity (BUILD) to share success and challenges and learn from the work of other programs seeking to diversify the biomedical research workforce through supporting undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds pursuing a variety of research career pathways.
