Career Fairs

PSU offers over 200 degree programs. We invite employers of all industries to register for our Winter 2024 Fair and connect with students and alumni from a diverse array of majors. 

Spring All Majors  "Hiring Now: Career & Internship fair: Wednesday, May 1st 11am - 3pm

 

 

How to Register

  • Pre-registration is required; login and register on Handshake
  • We encourage you to post any available jobs and internships to Handshake and include them on your registration. This will allow us to better promote your opportunities to qualified candidates.
  • All submitted registrations are pending University Career Center approval.
  • Confirmations and full event details are emailed to all approved employer registrations.
  • When registering, please let us know if you will need an electrical outlet, or if you will be bringing more than 3 representatives. Additional fees apply.

  • What is Included?
    • One 3 x 6 foot table and two chairs. (stand up table displays are limited to 6 feet long and 2 feet deep)
    • Parking for one vehicle in Parking Structure 3. Parking at PSU is very limited; please walk or use public transportation if possible.
    • Breakfast and lunch for up to 3 attendees.

Parking Details

Parking is provided free (1 car per employer) of charge at Parking Structure 3, located at 1631 SW 12th Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97201. Parking at PSU is very limited and we are asking employers in the downtown area to walk or use public transportation. Parking instructions will be sent Monday before the fair. It is about a ten minute walk across campus and Park Blocks, please plan accordingly. All parking structures at PSU have accessible parking spaces located on the main level.

Registration Fees

We are doing a one day combined All Majors and Engineering & Technology fair in a new larger space!

  • $450 (corporate & for profit)
  • $250 (government)
  • $130 (nonprofit)

All materials should arrive no later than Monday, April 29th. You must include a return shipping label if you plan to have us mail back your materials.


Join us at our Next Fair!

PSU welcomes employers to attend any number of the career fairs we host throughout the year. We invite employers to share information about their available opportunities, as well as about their organizations and industries. Fairs are widely publicized throughout campus and are attended by both students and alumni. To maintain the focus on post-graduate development and employment, we accept registrations from employers and PSU-affiliated graduate schools only.

Employers from private sector, public sector, non-profit and governmental organizations are encouraged to attend and connect with PSU's educated talent! Our fairs typically attract 450-700 students and alumni.

For Jobs and Internships: post your available positions on our job database, Handshake, before the fair to increase student interest. 

PSU is recognized as a leading urban research university. Employers with opportunities in the engineering and technology fields are invited to register for this fair and connect with students and alumni in those fields.

"Let Knowledge Serve" is PSU's motto and community engagement is part of our mission. This fair brings together organizations with social impact opportunities and the PSU and PDX communities for engagement and learning.
