As the Director of Citizenship for Cambia Health Solutions, Alison combines her passion for community work with the mission of a not-for-profit health solutions company. She and her team oversee Cambia’s executive board placement program (a match making service for executives and nonprofits looking to grow their board), manage employee engagement campaigns, participate in the selection of the company’s nonprofit partners and execute Cambia’s highly successful employee giving program which raised over $3 million for over 2,000 nonprofits in 2020.
In addition to serving on the board for the Center for Women’s Leadership for the past 5 years, Alison volunteers with Habitat for Humanity as often as possible and, during the school year, reads to kindergarteners for an hour each week through SMART Reading.
Outside the office, Alison and her fiancé enjoy playing cribbage, spending time outdoors and goofing around with their two Labradors. She is the founder of her book club (12 years and counting) and participates in a number of social networking groups in Portland.
