As we continue to incubate the Center for Women’s Leadership evolving scope of work, we believe it’s critical to host spaces to forge new ways to partner, build, and organize around the transformational leadership our region needs.

Over the past two years, we have journeyed together in emergent strategy and worked toward operating in non-extractive reciprocity with community partners and program alums. We also know that the spaces where networked relationships for women and gender-expansive leaders can bloom are limited or have collapsed during the societal tensions of the last few years.

We are excited to build a space for curious connectors to gather and grow in emergent, transformational practices together. To that end, we have created the Mycelium Network as a collective of alumni, facilitators, and thought partners brought together to co-create our programs.

Relationships are the heartbeat of our work and we are thrilled to be able to gather regularly to continue strengthening our connective tissue with campus and community partners.

We extend deep gratitude to the works of adrienne maree brown for inspiring us to learn community building from the adaptive, interconnectedness systems of our natural world.

Thank you to OnPoint Community Credit Union for your generous sponsorship to make these gathering possible.
