It’s never too late to finish your degree at Portland State. No matter why you left, PSU is here when you’re ready to come back. We welcome students who are returning to PSU, or to higher education, after a significant break. You’ll find customized support, financial help, and flexible, online courses to make your return to campus as smooth as possible. We meet you where you are and take you where you want to go.

Advising

We specialize in helping returning students re-enroll at PSU. Finish your last few classes, chart a new path to your degree, connect with a Pathway advisor and navigate campus. Meet with our advisors virtually or in-person. You also can connect to other returning students through our Peer Connection Network.

Financial help

We have special grants and awards to help you finish your degree. If you have less than 30 credits left to graduate, you may be eligible for financial support to help you resolve old holds and pay for your final classes.

Academic success

Explore more than 200 academic programs with online and flexible options designed to fit your schedule and life. We give you free one-on-one tutoring and support in our academic resource centers to ensure your success.
