University Housing Announcements: (updated April 30, 2008)

The online contract for NEW students wanting to move in to University Housing starting Fall term has been available since March 5, 2008. Additionally, CURRENT University Housing residents wishing to re-contract during the month of April may do so through this website until April 30, 2008. For more instructions, see below.
Please review the information below before you submit your contract.

Spring Term 2008 Contracts:
As of March 24, 2008, University Housing only has extremely limited availability in single, furnished Montgomery sleeper units; double, furnished units with roommates in Ondine; or double unfurnished one-bedroom apartments in West Hall.

Summer Term 2008 Contracts:
Summer assignments will be made in late May. Assignments for Summer Term move in will be sent via email by June 1 (for contracts received by May 15). Priority for summer assignments will be given as follows:

1. Current University Housing Residents who will live in University Housing for Summer Term
2. New University Housing Residents for Summer Term and the 2008-2009 Academic Year.
3. New University Housing Residents for Summer Term only.

Re-Contracting for 2008-2009:
April is Re-contracting Month! Current University Housing residents are able to claim their current room or request a different room for the 2008-2009 Academic Year. To recontract, simply click on the link below and follow the instructions on the following page. Don't forget to check out the links listed below for 2008-2009 rate and building information. Lots of exciting change is happening in housing, so be sure to read about all your options.

Important Housing Dates:

April 1-30: Re-Contracting for Current University Housing Residents.
May 1: Last day for Current Residents to cancel Housing Contract for Summer Term.
May 8: Re-Contracting Assignment Notices sent.
June 1: Last day for New Residents to cancel contract for Summer w/refund of $150 advance payment.
June 14: Spring Term Move Out.
July 1: Re-Contract Cancellation Deadline.
July 10: First round of New Fall 2008 Assignment Notices sent.
August 1: New Fall 2008 Resident Cancellation Deadline.
September 20: Fall 2008 Move In.
