Campus Rec provides a flexible fitness program that is especially convenient for Portland State students who want a simple way to keep healthy on their own schedule.

Interested in FREE Personal Training?!  Campus Rec is offering FREE 30 minute Personal Training sessions with our certified trainers on the first Tuesday of each month.  Sign up at www.gnc.com/college

 

The Healthy U Wellness Challenge is back!  Please visit the Challenge website at www.wellness-challenge.pdx.edu for all the information you need to know.  Registration is currently open at Member Services in the Rec Center and the Challenge begins Monday January 16.  Are You Ready??

 

Zumba on Tuesday is now being taught by Jacqueleen and Zumba on Thursday is being taught by Alex N.

    We offer:

    The Weight Room and Cardio Machines are open to members all the time.

    Group X offers group fitness classes that are fun, challenging and appropriate for all fitness levels. Included with your membership, you are able to pick and choose from a variety of classes that are offered from our drop-in program.

    Personal Training with a certified personal trainer at reasonable rates -- not those crazy rates you'll find at private gyms.

    Stop by the personal training desk located in the weight room, during drop-in hours for answers to basic questions about fitness or personal training.

    An Indoor, 1/11 mile track that is always available.
