About the building

The Science and Education Center (SEC) is at the corner of SW 5th Avenue and Lincoln Street at the southern edge of the PSU campus. The building was constructed in two sections for the Dan Davis Corporation; the southern half was completed in 1958 and the northern half addition was completed in 1960.  Both halves were designed by the architect, Harry L. Percy, Jr. The building was acquired by PSU in 2002. SEC's small parking lot features 15 vehicle spaces.
