Permits can be purchased online or in-person at the PSU Bike Hub.

BIKE PARKING PERMITS

There are 4 permits available:

General Permit - Access to all bike garages (except Vanport, SRTC, and RLSB)

SRTC Permit - Access to SRTC and all other bike garages (except Vanport and RLSB)

RLSB Permit - Access to RLSB and all other bike garages (except Vanport and SRTC)

Vanport Permit- Access to Vanport garage (Does not include other garages)

Located off of 5th and Harrison, the new Vanport Building hosts an indoor bike garage offering 79 secure bike spaces, 1 cargo bike space, and an indoor shower for its users.

This permit is only valid for affiliates (PSU, PCC, OHSU, City of Portland) of the Vanport building (i.e Employee, Student, Staff, etc.). Non-PSU users will need to visit the PSU BikeHub to purchase a permit in person.

PSU Faculty/Staff members and Students affiliated with the Vanport Building can purchase the permit online.

Bike garage permits are available to the general public on a limited basis. Please stop by the Bike Hub to purchase the permit.

NOTE: Your permit will be mailed to you within 1-2 business days from purchase. Please make sure your address is up to date in Banner. In person pickup available upon request. Email bikehub@pdx.edu

BIKE GARAGE LOCATIONS

These access-controlled areas require a bike parking permit and a PSU access card (available from ID Card Services).

Each of these facilities has the following features:

Security cameras that record entry, exit, and activity within the facility
