Eviction Data

Eviction is an important issue in housing policy and law, but in Oregon, there has been little research to measure the scope and impact of eviction due to data access challenges. Eviction research at PSU includes building a complete database of eviction court cases and evaluating public policy and legal processes to provide insight on how eviction happens, who gets evicted, and what the consequences of eviction are.
