Biography: 

Minji is a doctoral student in Urban Studies focusing on communicative planning and intercultural communication. Especially, she is interested in the impacts of cultural differences in communication styles and approaches for conflict transformation on the planning process and outcomes. Outside of academic works, she likes to explore new places in various countries and take pictures. As a graduate research assistant, Minji has worked as a data analyst in various research projects regarding affordable housing, eviction, transportation, and economic development using her skills of quantitative analysis and data visualization.
