Registering for a CEPE Course

Registration Process: Registering for a CEPE course is easy!

CEPE courses do not require an application or admission to the university. Our registration process is quick and easy; follow the step-by-step instructions below.

All new students will need to create an account in our registration system. If you are a current student, you will already have a username and password.

Paying with a credit card?
- Select your course and add it to your cart. You can find a course on the list of all courses or via our Programs page.
- When you are ready to finish the registration process, click "Continue Checkout."
- Follow the prompts and finish checking out. You'll first receive an automated receipt, then later a confirmation from CEPE with course logistics before the start date.
- Please note: A non-refundable 2.95% credit card fee is applied to each credit or debit card transaction. This charge will come separately from your registration; if you need a receipt for the separate credit card charge, please contact learn@pdx.edu.
Paying with a check or purchase order? Please complete our registration form and send it with your check or your organization's official payment guarantee such as a purchase order to:

Getting Worksource or third-party funding? Contact our Non-Credit Registration department at learn@pdx.edu or call 503.725.4184 for details on the process.
PSU employees: For PSU employees .5 FTE or higher, a 50% discount is available for public, non-credit CEPE certificate program courses on a space-available basis. If space is available in a course, PSU employees must submit this Non-Credit PSU Employee form to learn@pdx.edu. This discount on noncredit courses cannot be transferred to spouses or dependents. For departmental funding, only index codes (not P-Cards) may be used. Not valid on workshops or events and all other standard discount terms and conditions apply.
