Tracey Lam, APR, is a consultant and facilitator focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and strategic communications. She has worked in journalism, nonprofit, academic health, and government, and past employers include Partners in Diversity and OHSU Center for Diversity & Inclusion. In addition to her professional experience, Tracey brings her perspective as an immigrant and first-generation college graduate.
Tracey enjoys giving back to her community. In 2014, she co-founded API Forward, a nonprofit dedicated to the education, leadership development, and advancement of Asians and Pacific Islanders. Current community service work includes the Oregon Public Broadcasting Community Advisory Board, Public Relations Society of America Oregon Chapter, and the Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce of Oregon.
