Make an Appointment with Jedidiah
Prospective students seeking guidance on how to navigate any aspect of the admission process are welcome to schedule appointments with Portland State admission counselors. You can choose to meet in-person, by phone, or in a virtual Zoom meeting. To view available appointments, select the green dates displayed on the calendar. All appointments are scheduled in Pacific time.
If your counselor is not available, you can view all admissions counselor appointments and meet with another counselor.
Recruitment Territories:
- First Year and transfer students from Oregon counties: Baker, Clackamas, Gilliam, Grant, Hood River, Malheur, Morrow, Sherman, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa, Wasco, Wheeler
- Transfer students from schools: Blue Mountain Community College, Columbia Gorge Community College, Eastern Oregon University, Treasure Valley Community College
- First year and transfer students from states: Idaho, Washington
Jedidiah was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. In Buffalo, he completed his bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Urban Planning & Development at Daemen University. After graduation he began working at a local community college, helping first generation students get enrolled for post secondary education. In 2021 he relocated to Portland to work for Job Corp, where he worked with prospective students helping them go through the application and admissions process. He also attended Saint Bonaventure University for graduate school and is working on a Masters Degree in Psychology & Counseling. Through those opportunities Jedidiah realized his passion for higher education and helping prospective students begin their journey. He is excited to be a part of the diverse network of people that make up PSU and help it expand. In his free time, Jedidiah enjoys hiking, playing tennis, watching sports and is an avid baker.
