What is an Open Educational Resource?
Open Educational Resources (OERs) are teaching, learning, and research materials in any medium that reside in the public domain or have been released under an open license that permits their free use and re-purposing by others. By creating or adapting OERs, you can make high-quality educational materials such as textbooks and modules available at a lower cost. Visit the PSU Library website for more information.
