Blumel Hall

This building forms an "L" shape between Science Bldg. 2 and Parking Structure 3. This nine-story, 195,500 sq. ft. building was built by PSU in 1986.

Blumel Hall consists of spacious one-bedroom apartments featuring large windows and modern kitchens. Blumel Hall also has a lounge available for students and resident parking (for an extra fee).

Amenities include: laundry facilities, carpeted floors, range/oven, refrigerator, and parking. Parking permit information for Blumel Hall residents is available from the Transportation & Parking Student Parking page. All utilities, plus phone, internet, and cable are included in the cost of housing. All non-first year students are eligible to live in Blumel Hall.

*All Class 2 1-bedrooms can be tripled at a resident's request. Email the Housing Office for more information.
