Women on High Courts: Law Day 2024 lecture and Q&A with OR Supreme Court Justice Rebecca Duncan and Dr. Chris Shortell

Join the department of Politics and Global Affairs for a Law Day 2024 lecture by Oregon Supreme Court Justice Rebecca Duncan and Dr. Chris Shortell, Professor of Political Science and PSU's Pre-Law Advisor.

Dr. Chris Shortell will discuss his research on women in high courts and Oregon Supreme Court Justice Rebecca Duncan will speak about her pathway to the bench. The talk will be followed by a Q&A session with Justice Duncan. 

Oregon Women Lawyer's travelling exhibition "History of Women Lawyers in Oregon" will be on display at the event. Students at all levels are highly encouraged to attend!
