The Mark O. Hatfield Cybersecurity & Cyber Defense Policy Center's goal is to bring together scholars, managers, and policymakers from across Portland State University and beyond to train students, future leaders, and translate research findings into effective policy. 

The Center for Public Service synthesizes the Hatfield School's teaching, research, and service-related activities and applies this practical knowledge to build leadership and improve the effectiveness of public service professionals and organizations.

The Center for Turkish Studies engages in both academic research and private and public sector contracts on topics related to contemporary business, economics, finance, and politics in Turkey and the Eastern Mediterranean.

NPCC is establishing the use of collaborative practices among the states by hosting an extensive network of state dispute resolution programs, joint projects between states and partner organizations, supplying information, consultation, and technical assistance, and offering consensus-building training and education.

The Center for Women’s Leadership uplifts and supports women and gender-expansive communities across Oregon through intersectional leadership training, community-building programming, and speaker series events.
