Virtual Education Abroad

Faculty Voices from Abroad

Professor George Rede led a group of PSU students to England in 2018 & 2019. Having never been to London before, it was as much fun for him to explore the city as it was for his students. His Communication course, Media Literacy in London was facilitated by our partner CAPA Study Abroad, who helped to manage all the logistics and to set up activities like a tour of the Houses of Parliament, a visit to the Museum of Brands, and a visit to the BBC.

His Media Literacy program was such a success he is hoping to lead a new group of students to Berlin in 2021, this time with a focus on Sports, Culture, and the Media.
