The next Board of Trustees meeting is scheduled for June 7, 2024 from 9:30am - 12:30pm. The meeting will be hosted in the Board Room, ASRC 515 (Academic & Student Recreation Center). Please note that in-person meeting space will be available but in a limited capacity.

Coffee Hour The board will host a coffee hour from 8:30am - 9:30am outside in the lobby of the ASRC 5th Floor. Please RSVP to the Coffee Hour by June 5th.

Public Comment Faculty, staff, students, campus labor organizations and members of the public can sign up to provide public comments during the Board meeting. To sign up by email before the meeting, please contact the Board Office at trustees@pdx.edu. Please include your name, email address, affiliation, whether you will be present in person or joining remotely, and the subject of your comments.
Faculty, staff, students, campus labor organizations and members of the public can also provide written public comments by submitting their comments to trustees@pdx.edu. All comments submitted will be shared with the trustees and made available on the website for the upcoming meeting. Please ensure that comments are submitted at least 24 hours before the meeting (June 6, 2024 at 9am) to be shared with the Trustees.
Accommodation requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance to trustees@pdx.edu .
