June 3—Eviction defense programs reach few Multnomah County tenants in need, study finds

Toulan School of Urban Studies and Planning (TSUSP) researchers’ report, “Fight, Flight, Freeze: How Access to Support Shapes Tenant Responses to Eviction in Multnomah County,” was highlighted in Oregon Public Broadcasting. The researchers include Alex Farrington, Lisa Bates, and Colleen Carroll.

 

June 19—City Council Entrance Interview: Steph Routh

TSUSP adjunct instructor Stephanie “Steph” Routh is seeking to represent District 1 (East Portland) on the Portland City Council. She conducted an interview with Willamette Week ahead of elections.
