TSUSP professors Lisa Bates and Marisa Zapata recently helped publish a new report for Evicted in Oregon: “Fight, Flight, Freeze: How Access to Support Shapes Tenant Responses to Eviction in Multnomah County.” It documents the effects of eviction on tenants and proposes solutions to address those impacts.
