Toulan School professor emeritus Sy Adler recently featured in a PSU short film, An Oregon Story: Saving Our Beaches, Farmland & More. He speaks about the land use program in Oregon in the 60s and 70s. His contribution joins those from other experts as they reflect on the legal history of land use in the state. Watch the full video here.

The film is a part of "People and the Land: An Oral History of Oregon's Statewide Land Use Planning Program.” A collaboration between the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development and PSU, the project is meant to “document and preserve a record of Oregon’s land use program through the recording, transcription, collection and archiving of personal oral histories.” Find more information here.
