by Currently September 26th 2024 Share Facebook Twitter Peyman Abbaszadeh, Civil and Environmental Engineering faculty, Heejun Chang, Geography faculty, and Alison Hopcroft, Institute for Sustainable Solutions, received a $310,000 grant from the U.S. Geological Survey for a three year project titled "Integrating USGS NGWOS Observations, Physics-based Hydrology Model and AI/ML Technologies for Accurate and Reliable Streamflow Forecasting." The team will collaborate with colleagues from the USGS Oregon Water Science Center on the project. Paula Carder, OHSU-PSU School of Public Health faculty and Institute on Aging director, received a 3-year grant of $498,230. “Private Equity Expansion in Assisted Living: Implications for Dementia Care” is funded by a primary award to Johns Hopkins by the National Institute on Aging.
