Academic Term Commuter Permits

Ideal for students with changing schedules or credit loads every term. 

  • Winter Term permit will be valid from 12/27/25-3/29/26
    • These permits must be purchased each academic term and are only valid during the dates listed on the permit.
  • Permits are available for purchase online or in-person at the Transportation Office starting Monday 12/8.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking spaces are available in all PSU parking lots and structures operated by PSU. Any PSU parking permit is valid in any accessible space, regardless of location, when displaying a valid DMV disabled parking placard. Day and time restrictions still apply to time-limited PSU permits.

Permit Refunds

Parking permit charges are based on possession of the permit, not use. Pro-rated refunds are available until the end of week eight for fall, winter, and spring terms. Permits must be physically returned as soon as they are no longer needed to receive the maximum refund available. Please visit our office at 1812 SW 6th Avenue to initiate a return.

Vanport Building Student Parking

PCC and OHSU students who attend classes in the Vanport Building can purchase a PSU parking permit at the discounted affiliated student rate. 

To purchase a permit, please fill out the Vanport purchase Form. Your request will be processed within 1-3 business days.
