Spring Term Permits will be valid from: 3/21/26-6/21/26
These permits must be purchased each academic term and are only valid during the dates listed on the permit.

Spring Permits are available for purchase in-person at the Transportation Office. See your option below.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking spaces are available in all PSU parking lots and structures operated by PSU. Any PSU parking permit is valid in any accessible space, regardless of location, when displaying a valid DMV disabled parking placard. Day and time restrictions still apply to time-limited PSU permits.

Permit Refunds

Parking permit charges are based on possession of the permit, not use. Pro-rated refunds are available until the end of week eight for fall, winter, and spring terms. Permits must be physically returned as soon as they are no longer needed to receive the maximum refund available. Please visit our office at 1812 SW 6th Avenue to initiate a return.

Vanport Building Student Parking

PCC and OHSU students who attend classes in the Vanport Building can request and purchase PSU student parking permits through the PSU Guest Parking Portal. For more information on how to create a PSU Guest account and complete your purchase, please check out the Tenant Parking Page. If you already have a PSU Guest account, simply log in and click 'Tenant Permit Request' then select 'Vanport Student/Employee' from the dropdown menu.
