Academic Term Commuter Permits
It is recommended for students who expect their schedules and/or credit load to change from term to term.
- Must be purchased at the beginning of each academic term, only valid for the term listed on the permit.
Purchasing a Permit
Summer permits can be purchased online through the link below, or you can purchase them in person at the Transportation Office.
NOTE: PSU is not responsible or liable for damage to or theft of your vehicle or its contents.
Accessible parking spaces are available in all PSU parking lots and structures operated by PSU. Any PSU parking permit is valid in any accessible space, regardless of location, when displaying a valid DMV disabled parking placard. Day and time restrictions still apply to time-limited PSU permits.
Permit Refunds
Parking permit charges are based on possession of the permit, not use. Pro-rated refunds are available until the end of week eight for fall, winter, and spring terms. Permits must be physically returned to Transportation & Parking as soon as they are no longer needed to receive the maximum refund available. Please visit our office at 1812 SW 6th Avenue to initiate a return.
