Google Voice offers several ways to share phone lines between multiple people, including Ring Groups and Shared Departmental Phone Lines.

- Ring Groups are most commonly used when a group of full-time employees with individual Google Voice lines also need to be able to answer a single published phone number for the group.
- Shared Departmental Phone Lines can be useful for part-time and student employees who do not have individual Google Voice lines of their own and want to share a phone/number.
