pdx.edu is the University’s website hosting platform for public facing academic and administrative sites. Access is on a per-site basis, dependent on completing all required training.
Service Details
This service hosts sites with "www.pdx.edu" in the URL. It includes access, functionality, and use of pdx.edu sites. For all other support, including marketing, SEO, content, and Academic Program Page updates, check the Web Communications page from University Communications.
Sites on this platform are external-facing and visitor-focused; this means multiple departments often share management of a single site in order to optimize visitor experience. Additionally, each site is required to follow brand identity and accessibility guidelines. To support this, pdx.edu sites use pre-designed templates and layouts for site content and navigation. Custom modifications are not permitted.
