Service Description
Everyone with an Odin account is given storage space on PSU’s network drives, called H and I drives. On these drives, you can save and access files from on and off campus.
- The H drive is intended for personal, private file storage.
- The I drive is a shared storage area used by staff and faculty departments.
Service Details
You can securely access your H and I drives from any computer that is connected to the internet. For specific instructions, visit Use H and I drives on Windows or Use H and I drives on macOS.

Charges and Fees
Network drives are generally available free of charge. Departments may be billed ($.35 per GB per year) for unusually large shared I drives that exceed the basic allocation of 250 GB + 250 GB per average active user.
Note: unit multiples of data storage (e.g., MB, GB, TB) are intended to mean their versions based on powers of two: most precisely MiB, GiB, TiB, etc.
