Service Description

Jira Service Management (JSM) is a hosted service management (ticketing) system that is tightly integrated with other Atlassian cloud tools such as Confluence and Jira. 

  • JSM allows customers to create service requests and report incidents via email or Help Center form.
  • JSM allows agents to organize and fulfill the tickets that customers submit.
  • Integration with Confluence allows for easy distribution of customer self-support content via the PSU Help Center.

Service Details

Log into JSM using Single sign-on (SSO) at portlandstate.atlassian.net/jira to interact with other PSU support agents and teams and fulfill support requests for customers in the campus community.

Charges and Fees

$11.83 per month per licensed user (for units whose licenses are not centrally funded)
