OIT supports a variety of meetings, conferences, and other events on Portland State University’s campus. We can provide projection, audio amplification hybrid meeting and webinar support, and technical assistance.
Service Details
Our technicians set and strike AV equipment. We can also be hired to provide technical support for the duration of your conference, meeting or event. To order AV equipment and services, complete the Event AV support request form at least fourteen business days prior to your event.

Charges and Fees
Each Event AV Support engagement is different; submit the form linked above to receive a cost estimate for the equipment and services you’ll need.
Reservations made fewer than fourteen days before an event are subject to a 25% late fee. Additional fees may be charged for new event requests or significant changes to bookings less than 72 hours before event start time. Reservation cancellations must be at least 48 hours prior to event start time to qualify for a refund.
