Service Description
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) fully supports PSU-owned computers that meet PSU's Supported Hardware Configurations Standard, and provides limited, best-effort support for non-standard devices, mobile devices, and personal devices which are being used for PSU-related purposes.
Service Details
Support for PSU standard hardware includes workstation setup, OS installation, system management, software installation (including necessary assistance with purchased licenses), and extensive troubleshooting. Support for non-standard devices, mobile devices, and personal devices includes limited PSU-related software installation, assistance connecting to PSU resources, and basic troubleshooting. Support for non-standard hardware may be subject to a fee. OIT can also advise on Hardware Purchasing and Software Purchasing.

Charges and Fees
Support for PSU standard hardware is free of charge. Assistance with non-standard hardware is subject to $150 fee for each support incident that request a computer be checked into the Helpdesk.
