Service Description
Confluence is a hosted knowledge management (wiki) platform that is tightly integrated with other Atlassian cloud tools such as Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM).
- Confluence provides spaces, or wikis, in which to document, organize, and store published pages for knowledge and project collaboration.
- Pages may be internal- or customer-facing, depending on a department’s service level.
Service Details
Log into Confluence using Single sign-on (SSO) at portlandstate.atlassian.net/wiki to create, publish, review, and maintain digital content. Confluence editor permissions and accessibility in the PSU Help Center is dependent on a given department’s service level.

$3.47 per month per licensed user (for units whose licenses are not centrally funded)
