Biography:
I was inspired by my work in workforce development especially with newcomers, immigrant and refugee community. Immigrants face unique challenge in workforce participation, while they also have special needs and bring a wealth of experience and insights to workforce. I want to research more in their workforce participation, opportunities and challenges.
