Biography:
I manage a small farm plot just outside of Portland where we utilize and develop regenerative agriculture methodology to produce sustainable, local food which you can acquire through direct purchase or via private gourmet tasting-menu dinner events. Food is a passion and also heavily coincides my research ambitions in addition to being a hobby and an income source.
