Molly manages operations and programs for the Institute for Sustainable Solutions, including organizing ISS's legendary, quarterly Happy Hours. Molly also manages communications for Research & Graduate Studies (which houses ISS) and coordinates PSU's annual Research Week. Prior to joining the ISS staff, Molly worked in fundraising and administration for conservation nonprofits in Oregon and consulted on organizational development and management. She is an independent scholar and published author. On a Saturday, you can probably find her hiking in Forest Park with her aging pup, reading or writing something interesting, or planning the next getaway with her partner John.
