From prep kitchen chef, to food scientist, to supply chain and operations management, Linda Wechsler brings over 15 years of experience to her work with manufacturers in the Pacific Northwest. Drawing from her scientific background, creative vision, and operational savvy, Linda enjoys helping companies of all sizes achieve success through continuous improvement.

Linda spent the past 8 years consulting with over 100 small and medium-sized manufacturers in the State of Oregon and has extensive experience in all aspects of the food and beverage industry, including food safety, product development, sensory and consumer testing, the culinary arts, supply chain and logistics. 

She holds a master’s degree in Food Science & Technology from Oregon State University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
