Biography:
My name is Jesse Tapia and I am an Urban Planner in training and current cat dad. After working many years in multifamily property management, I was drawn to Urban Planning as a means to better serve our communities. I am particularly interested in land use planning, affordable housing development, and community development. In my free time, I love to take walks around the city, visit neighborhood parks, and play video games. For Portland in 2050, I envision a city with mixed use neighborhoods, a plethora of affordable housing, and impeccable zoning reform.
