Jaclyn Suzuki is the Director and Founder of the Research and Strategy agency, MADO. With almost 20 years of professional experience in Design Thinking, Jaclyn merges a creative and analytical approach to Strategic Thinking to help her clients innovate and create future-forward change. Her work has guided Strategy, Design, and Innovation for organizations such as Starbucks, Intel, Adidas, Kaiser Permanente, and Logitech, amongst others. Before starting her own agency, Jaclyn served as Creative Director at Ziba Design in Portland, Oregon.
