Gabriela Valverde-Rivera, Ed.D., is a people and culture leader with over a decade of experience in human resources strategy, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. After working for companies such as Target, Chipotle, WeWork, and Nike, Gabriela knows that the most successful organizations invest in their people. Creating a culture where people feel empowered will transform how they lead and how they live. In her current role, Gabriela is focused on partnering with business leaders to power a digital talent growth engine through effective talent management strategies and holistic employee experiences.
Gabriela holds an M.S. in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University and a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. When not at work, she enjoys exploring her hometown of Los Angeles with her two pups, leading the local chapter of Latinas in Tech, and traveling the world with her family.
