Dr. Elena Einstein is president of the Einstein Group LLC, a women-owned, minority consulting company, and contracts site leader at Harris Corporation. She previously served as senior contracts manager and chief of staff to the vice president for The Boeing Company. Elena has more than 14 years of experience in contract management and management effectiveness. Her other areas of expertise include leadership, negotiation, strategy, global diversity and inclusion, and employee training, development, and engagement.
Elena holds a BS in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona University, an MS in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University.
