Luke employs qualitative methods to discern values and insights from partner organizations in an effort to improve partnership alignment and project outcomes. He received a Masters of Science in Communication Studies from PSU, with a focus on the social construction of values, goals, and plans. Most Saturdays, Luke can be found playing Ultimate Frisbee, baking bread, or hiking.
