Furniture is in good condition, without any major damage (like tears) to the material. It is unknown if the material is real or fake leather so we are advertising it as false leather. Buyer is responsible for pickup/removal, but we can assist with loading into an appropriately-sized vehicle. SOLD AS-IS.
