Cimone Campbell Promoted to Executive Director of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management

We are happy to announce that Cimone Campbell has been hired as the School of Social Work Executive Director of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management beginning Fall 2023.

Cimone is a dynamic and dedicated leader who has served in the SSW since Fall 2011, first as the Student Inclusion Coordinator and later as the Director of Student Affairs. With a deep connection to PSU as a first-generation alumna, Cimone is genuinely honored to help guide students on their transformative journeys toward educational and professional success.

With a rich and diverse background, Cimone brings extensive experience working with individuals, families, and communities within both higher education and community mental health contexts. She is committed to the empowerment of individuals and communities and effective problem-solving with people and systems from diverse thoughts, practices and viewpoints. Cimone has a firm belief in the power of authentic connection and relationship which underscores her approach in her working with individuals, communities and systems. She has 15 years of experience in training, mentoring, developing curricula and implementing programs.

Outside of the professional setting, Cimone finds joy in dancing, embracing her role as the "fun mom," all things live music, and cherishing moments with loved ones.

Cimone embodies the essence of leadership, empathy, and innovation in her work.
