Applying for a Degree

Students must apply for a degree or certificate online. The graduation application is available on myPSU. Your degree application will also allow you to register for PSU's annual commencement ceremonies. Students are encouraged to meet with their academic advisor prior to submitting the degree application.

How to Apply:

  1. Log in to myPSU
  2. Select the Academics page
  3. Click 'Graduation Application' in the Academic Planning section
  4. Complete and submit the application
  5. The degree application fee is $30 plus a $2 service charge and is nonrefundable; you must pay with a Visa or MasterCard at the time you submit the application.

Diplomas will be mailed to the address you provide on your degree application. International mailing will require payment for shipping costs, you will be contacted with payment details.

Graduate Degree Application Deadlines:

Students must apply for graduation by the first Friday of the anticipated term of graduation; see the Graduate Candidate Deadlines for specific dates.
