Dr. Warren Harrison is a Professor of Computer Science in the Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science at Portland State University. His current research is focused on the use of technology in public safety applications. In particular, his research interests involve emergency communications, both voice and data, as well as computer forensics. Dr. Harrison is a member of IEEE and IEEE Computer Society. He is the recipient of the IEEE Computer Society Meritorious Service Award and the IEEE Computer Society Golden Core Award. Dr. Harrison received his B.S. in Accounting from University of Nevada - Reno, his M.S. in Computer Science from University of Missouri, and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Oregon State University.
