Tia H. Ho is a community health specialist with more than a decade of experience working in the public sector in nonprofit organizations and government agencies to examine the health equity impacts of policies and decisions. In her work she uses multiple facilitation strategies, negotiation theory, and analytical tools to increase clarity in collaborative processes. Prior to her work in community health Tia was an environmental educator and assistant solid waste planner. A complex trauma survivor, Tia also integrates mindfulness and outdoor experiences in courses, health consulting, and coaching to support people in understanding their emotional capacity.
