Randy Morris is currently a geographic information systems (GIS) analyst with the Population Research Center, as well as an affiliated faculty member in Portland State University’s (PSU) Geography Department. Most recently, he was editor-in-chief of the University’s Metroscape Magazine as well as a lead cartographer for the book Portlandness: A Cultural Atlas. Morris has a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resources Management & Interpretation from Cal Poly Humboldt and holds a master’s degree Geography from PSU. He always delights in introducing people to the field and tools of geography, cartography, and GIS.
